Question overclocking issue(maybe)

im curently overclocking an fx 8320 on an asus m5a97 r2.0 motherboard to 4.11ghz .
I run prime 9 minutes no issue i run aida64 8 minutes no issue, i run other games then browhalla i get freeze. ITS MY OVERCLOCK ISSUE or its browhalla bad whit high speed.?
My settings in bios is:
cpu ratio:20.5
cpu bus:200
voltage: 1.35

Can you monitor CPU temperatures? It would help to get an idea of the temperatures of the cpu. I do think it is a little too high but I am not completely sure. Maybe try 4.0 ghz and see if that helps

Whats the voltage exactly at the time when the freeze occurs under medium load (fortnite), vs when there is no freeze under max load(prime95 small fft)?
