Question Overclocking issue

So overclocked my ryzen 5 2600 on a gigabyte b450m mobo. I overclocked it to 3.8ghz from 3.4ghz base clock the voltage is set to auto . My pc seems to be working fine until one day i opened it and there was no display, i tried troubleshooting it by resetting the cmos, cleaning the ram, removing the gpu and putting the hdmi cable directly to the mobo nothing seems to be working so i suspected that its the motherboard and also i can feel electricity when i touch some part of my case (my system is new btw i bought it 15 days ago parts by parts) im asking that what did i do wrong?

R5 2600
Rx 580 4gb auros
16gb ram teamforce
Ssd/hdd
B450M gigabyte
600w psu hyper k

I'm not sure what's wrong with the PC but you should not feel any electricity on your case.
If you are....you most likely have a bad outlet or a bad power cord.....and I think a bad outlet is more likely.
