Overclocking issues or game issues?

I would like to know if this is an OC issue, a rig issue or a game issue

My rig:
i3-4170
2x4gb corsair vengeance 1600 mhz
Gigabyte 1060 6gb

I have oc-ed my gigabyte to
+212 mhz GPU Clock (2113 boost)
+992 mhz Mem clock (9000 boost)

My issue is that when I start fortnite with OC settings, the lobby is okay, the lobby before the bus is okay, but the game freezes a few seconds into the 10 second timer

Everything is okay when I don't OC or when in +150 Core and +992 Mem

I have no issues with the 2113 and 9000 boost clocks on
CSGO
LoL
PubG
Dota 2

Is this a OC issue? or game issue

Have you played the game without Overclocking? Have you checked the temperatures? I'd recommend running a stability test with OCCT or something like that.

Different games respond differently to overclocks. It's a combination of both.

Without OC, game runs fine

No problems with Unigine on the OC settings

Temps are fine, Game running well on normal OC (1887 gpu)

but I dont understand why on other games the oc runs well. only issue with fortnite
