As I recall there were BIOS updates produced by ASUS and ASRock for their Z170 boards that allowed overclocking of non-K CPUs. I don't recall anything using h110 with Gigabyte.
I would say crawl through the internet looking for H110 overclocking guides.
Typically, with a locked processor, you would be attempting BCLK overclocking, since the multiplier is locked. With a fancier motherboard it might have offered various bootstraps, but I think you are stuck with the usual 100->105mhz BLCK, which amounts to a 100-150 Mhz total overclock. Not really worth the stability risk.
