Question Overclocking memory

Hello to everyone who reads this, i was wondering no matter how many times in my bios settings i try to upgrade my memory speed from 2133 to 3200 it doesnt ever allow me to go at full ram speed but today i found out it allows me to go 3133, does amd max out and doesnt allow full speed or am i doing something wrong?

Is your RAM actually 3200MHz ?
