overclocking motherboard to buy

I own a i5-4690k but at the time of buying I didn't know about mb chipsets and bought the asrock h97 anniversary what mb can I buy now so I can oc the cpu?

Any decent Z97 board would allow you to OC.
That being said, dont bother. You are going to spend far too much money for a tiny bit of performance that OCing that 4690k would offer.
Keep the H97, put the money aside, and save for an upgrade.
