overclocking motherboard

Im getting a Celeron 1.0GHz cpu and was wondering what kind of motherboard to get to overclock it quite alot. I want to get up to about 1.2 or 1.3 if at all posible... cooling is not a factor as the motherboard should be relatively cheap as it will be older hardware.
