Overclocking Msi R9 390

Ok so i wanna overcclock my mso r9 390 but i was wondering , since i know i have to bring the clock up and the the core voltage up also, how far can i push the core voltage without it being dangerous. Also i heard i can get up to 1200 mhz. Is this realistic?
Im really new to overclocking and a little scared to be honest
