Overclocking my amd a8 5600k

Guys can you help me overclock my a8 5600k, i can't do it by myself

System specs:
Amd a8 5600k 3.6ghz
4gb 1333mhz ddr3
Emx a70fm2+icafe mobo
120gb ssd
*i have no graphics card
