overclocking my amd fx 6300 black edition, if its OK with my mobo Asus M5A78L-M LX3?

Hi guys,
how to overlock my fx 6300 on Asus M5A78L-M LX3. and how much can i OC up to. some people saying its not good to OC on this mobo, some did it with no problem. so what do you guys recommend me? oc to 4,1-4,5ghz?
please help me out if you know/did...

Due to the poor power and thermal design of the board , you shouldn't overclock with it.

but i have AX 860i power supply, and for now i have just 3,5GHz... i was thinking if i can maybe OC to 4GHz or something?

Be careful that's not a good board for overclocking.
