Overclocking my CPU

I've decided to overclock my 4790k for the fun of it to see what I can do and I have it to around 4.9ghz and my FSB😀RAM is at 1:9 ratio is that a safe ratio to be at? I'm not exactly sure what any of the ratios mean and I can't find anything that really describes it well. I have two frequency settings in my bios one is 100:133 and the other is 100:100, currently it is set to auto.
