Overclocking my CPU

Solution
The psu seems to be very very good for a pre built system. You see, there has to be a cpu fan. The computer wouldn't run at all if there wasn't. Anyways you should consider at least to clean the fan or buy a better one. Also if the only thing that dxdiag says is gigabyte then you should download speccy so that you can se the model name and tell me

That spike is fine, it is turbo core technology I think that is causing that. It lowers the frequency when in idle, basically in situations where you don't need that 4ghz.

Also, what is your cpu cooler and motherboard? You don't want to overclock if your system cant handle it.

Click the run command from the start button and type dxdiag. A Window will pop up and you should be able to see your mobo's name. Also, I don't understand what you mean by saying no cooler. And you should specify the name of your psu
