Overclocking my FX 6300

I am overclocking my cousin's budget build with a 950ti and a FX 6300 on the board GA-78LMT-S2PT rev 4.2 and got a awesome overclock @4.6 GHz at 1.3832v stable 12hours prime 95. Should I push it more?

Question: if I overclock it more can it damage the mobo?

I board with a poor power phase and thermal design shoudn't be pushed at all.

Do you think that CPU hit the silicone lottery? For being clocked @4.6 GHz and at 1.3v?

The overclock is pretty decent I'd say, but the most impressive - or should I say scary - thing is that the motherboard isn't going up in flames

The CPU has a turbo of 4.1 so it's not really a big OC.

I'm surprised to, gonna build him a ryzen build so IDC if the system goes up in flames xD

I was able to get it to 5.3ghz at 1.4044
