Hi so i'm new to overclocking and i've found no videos on youtube on how to overclock the i7 5930k on the asus x99 deluxe can anyone help me on how to oc to around 4 ghz to 4.5? thx
For the basics any Haswell guide will do, the silicon behaves roughly the same regardless if X99 or Z87/Z97
Getting a 5930k up to 4.5Ghz is a bit unlikely though, the higher core count means more heat. So you have to have quite good cooling to reach that point.

MERGED QUESTION Question from RuffRidersEvo : "Oc question part 2"
I already a question regarding overclock but my other question is when i overclock my cpu does this mean i have to overclock my video card and ram as well?
You can overclock the GPU completely independently.
With that CPU you should be able to overclock the CPU without needing to overclock the memory, but any XMP setting is overclocked anyway. For that chip anything over 2133 would be considered an overclock.

yeah my cpu voltage is 1.26 and the core ratio is 42 don't know what the sweet spot should be
That is somewhat unique to each CPU. Typically you pick a target frequency and try to hit it without exceeding a desired temperature. If you are unable, then that is where the 'sweet spot' is.
