Overclocking my monitor with Nvidia control panel

So I just overclocked my 1080p monitor (Acer G226HQL) to 70 hz since my old 1400x900 monitor had the option of 75 hz. Good enough?

Your current monitor can do 75hz at lower res. Did you test frameskipping?
