So i tried overclocking my monitor from 60hertz to 74 (it works but it looks pixelated,it doesnt look normal,at all) the max hertz i can get without the monitor being pixelated is 66 hertz,is there any fix for the pixel's?and is 6+ hertz much?

Normally there's not that much headroom when it comes to overclocking displays. 66Hz seems pretty normal to me, and there's not much you can do about it with displays. I'd just keep it at 60Hz, unless you can really tell the difference and aren't too bothered about a possibly shorter lifespan for your monitor.
