so I tried overclocking my 1080p monitor through vga cable today and I got it to 75hz but some people keep telling me that vga can not do above 1080p60hz so is nvidia control panel just not showing me right or is it actually possible?

Should be able to set it higher, however you might run into issues with a high refresh rates. Make sure "show resolutions not exposed by my display"
Overclock. Be aware overclocking your monitor is never safe and can break your monitor.

I can even set it on 85 it will work like I won't get black screen everything will be normal expect that first 1 minute I will get input not supported on center of my screen

Well, then your monitor isn't capable of running at that speed. If 75 is the highest it works at, 75 is the highest overclock you are going to get. You can't just bump refresh rates up with no limits, otherwise, nobody would pay for a 144hz.
