This is the first time I OC this processor, so please help me with good values so that my CPU won't burn after 2 days. Haha

Thanks

To get the best out of it you would need a better board, you will be lucky to get 3ghz with 220mhz fsb, after that theres a high risk the board will burn something out. you would have to drop the HT clock to 800mhz as its not recommended to run it beyond 1000mhz. its been a long time since i overclocked a brisbane cpu, i do remember having a 4000+ 2.1ghz @ 2.5ghz but that was on an nforce 5 chipset.

It's not an overclockable board then.Finding a good board to OC those chips can be hard.
I went through 8 of them before I found a good one.
3 options:
gigabyte 790fx ddr2 board
Biostar TA785
DFI 790fx m2rs

A lesser board that looks like it should be good is m3a32 mvp-deluxe.
