new to overclocking cpu's, any good recent guides out there for overclocking the 2600k, ive heard its still a good cpu if overclocked,

is my motherboard fine for overclocking that cpu, cuz im sure i read somewhere that my MSI Z68A-GD65-G3 cant be overclocked with the 2600k, something to do with the bios update
