Yes, There should be a setting for overclocking in BIOS

Make sure to reference the manual on overclocking so you won't do anything wrong.

Which specific model is it; SuperNOVA G1/G2/B2, NEXG, 600B? EVGA make a range of PSUs and some are considerably better than others.

Cant see the exact model.
I am going to probably keep it at around 4.2,3 clock speed. Will i have any problems?

That's not exactly the best PSU on the market; not terrible, but not great either.

Personally, I wouldn't use that PSU in a gaming PC with an expensive 6600K and Z170 motherboard, especially if I wanted to overclock. It should be fine at the CPU's stock speed but it'd be wise to invest in something better for overclocking.

550W will be plenty.

If you plan to upgrade the GPU and then SLI or Crossfire it, then you should consider a PSU with more power.

In a year or so i migh change che gpu to gtx 960. Do you think i will need a more powerful psu for that card?

Not for that card, and probably not ever if you stick with a single card. GPUs are more efficient than ever and that trend is only going to increase year-on-year.
