Overclocking my processor

i'm a streamer of starcraft 2 and i want to overclock my processor to the best it can but i really dont want it too break. so im thinking i will probably need a new fan (also if you could tell me how to overclock (( i have amd overdrive, so could you please tell me how to if thats not a good way)) also if you could tell me the highest i could overclock with a new fan and without a fan and also please give me instructions on how to overclock because idk how too thank you!
