Overclocking not working in bios

Tried to overclock with bios but not working,

I test couple of things, increasing the CPI clock ratio works, but when I enable base click control, it also said the system failed to boot after relaunch, I enable it because I want to increase the base clock frequency to improve the cpu frequency, how do I solve it?

my pc: Intel (R) Core (TM) i5 CPU 760 @ 2.80GHz
