Overclocking old nvidia 6200 help please.

So i found my old nvidia 6200, i now have hd ati 4870 crossfire but i decided to try and overclock it for fun using rivatuner unlock the pipelines. anyways since i am new to OC'ing when i rebooted my comp my windows loaded up fine but as soon as windows loaded up my screen went fuzzy and turned black. How would i reset my video card back to normal since i cant use rivatuner or any windows programs since my screen goes black?

yea thats exactly what i did, went into safemode and just system restored.
