Overclocking on a Budget

I would like to over clock my Vega 11 igpu in my R5 2400g. Looking for a suitable upgrade to the wraith stealth stock cooler, which I heard can oc, but is a little iffy. For me $50 is the highest I can go, and even that is pushing it a little, hopefully something in the $20-$30 range.
