overclocking on a m3450 motherboard

Hi Guys,
I'm wondering if it's possible to overclock my cpu and/or gpu on this motherboard (acer aspire m3450). I bought it 3 years ago and I've made some upgrades recently to my gpu,psu and cpu.

old psu - some 300w model (unknown brand)
old gpu - AMD HD 7670 (2 gb)
old cpu - AMD FX-8120 (8-Core 3.1 GHz Socket AM3+ 125W)

new psu - EVGA supernova 750 B2 ( 750W)
new gpu - SAPPHIRE Radeon R9 290 (4GB 512-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x)
new cpu - AMD FX-8320 (8 Core 3.5/4.0GHZ Processor AM3+125W)

Gpu yes, cpu no. Its a locked oem board so it has no cpu oc options.
