For a long lifespan, depends if you can keep VCore below 1.4v and your CPU temps below 85c while stress testing with some software.

Also, your motherboard is more than fine. Use some fans to keep it cool. Overclocking can heat VRMs.

Stress testing software ? You mean Cinebench R15 etc ?
