overclocking on my mobo

Hi, i am planning to oc my fx 6300 to 4.3 at my
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P motherboard.
is it okay to overclock on that motherboard because i heard not all mobos are good for overclocking

but 4+1 vrm phase vrm not very good for overclocking..

Can you run fx6300 @4,3Ghz..?
Yes you can, but remember to keep vrm heatsink cool. you can put a small fan on that.

Yes that motherboard will be fine for overclocking as it states it on the manufacturers webpage

not just a side fan..

you must sure that the heatsink in the red circle have a good air flow..because it will very hot in overclocking condition..

So, you can add a small fan to keep it cool..
