Overclocking on non-Z motherboard

I dont see any BLCK on the board features, so my guess would be no.
But you can get a nonZ motherboard that oc with the Hyper:

No. In order to do that, you will required from a modified BIOS. Remember that non-Z170 motherboards are not prepared to stand overclock, especially if you have a H110 motherboard which is the weakest line of mobo for LGA1151. I does not even have cooling for your VRM. So don't do it. Even if you manage to get the modified BIOS without bricking the mobo, you could cause several damage to the motherboard.
