Overclocking P4 3.2C

I have got a p4p800se [s497]mobo, I got my cpu clocked @225 fsb 3.6 ghz, it wont go further with 1:1. I think is my ram holding me back isnt it? got Kingston hyper X pc3200[2x512mb][2.5.3.3.8]. I think if I get better ram I can clock further with 1:1 wich ram u guys recommend me? I found a store with lots of RAM: is a dutch store: wich ram u guys can recommend me: i was thinking about the OCZ: 400mhz pc3200 2-2-2-5 = 154 euro , but there is also a EL edition wich is 200+ euro what is the difference? or can u guys recommend me another 1? plz not a too pricy 1

Just use a ratio divider, use the 5:4 divider, and use tighter timings, you don't lose much performance.

i cant go lower with the timings 2.5-3-3-6

In your bios. Just under the FSB setting is the option to run memory at 400,320,266. Set it to 320 and change your latencies to 2/2/2/5/7 on the chipset page.

how high can I go? u think? (btw using default heatsink) planning to place a zalman 7000cu or 7700(wil it fits my p4p800se?)

Every piece of equipment will overclock differently. My 2.6 will do 3.58@2.5/3/3/6/8 on the 320 setting with no problems.but run at 3.25 @2/2/2/5/7 250fsb for better overall system performance.
