Overclocking Phenom x3 8400

Hi guys i have this old cpu running at 2.1 ghz is there any way i can OC it to run at arround 2.5 ghz ?
My motherboard : Gigabyte Ga-m56s-s3

the CPU core ratio.
the CPU vcore voltage.
the motherboard fsb (mhz)
