Question Overclocking potential on Asrok Z370m Pro4

Yo so last september i built my pc and used this motherboard https://www.amazon.co.uk/Asrock-Z37...09914&s=gateway&sprefix=asrok+,aps,153&sr=8-1 . Now i amplanning on putting an i7-8700k in and will be overclocking but from videos and reviews of this mobo due to the lack of coolng on vrm's it seems overclocking will be limited somewhat. So my question is, what frequencies can i expect to get before thermals become a problem? I am not expecting 5ghz but 4.7-4.8 would be a nice little boost in performance. I am trying to tell myself that this motherboard will be fine and that loosing like 5-10 fps in games isn't going to be noticable (i just like high end hardware...don't we all?). It would be good for only mild overclocking , board doesn't have the greatest power phase and thermal design.
