Overclocking Problem or Else(Artifacts)

Hello guyz i have ATi Radeon HD5450 1GB DDR3 Graphics Card and my PSU is 250W.After Overclocking it from AMD CCC it gpu clock is 690mhz from 650mhz and memory clock is 480mhz from 400mhz. i was playing GTA iv and then suddenly green artifacts or squares occurs in my screen hanging the game.I just wanna know what is the problem is my gpu is faulty aur i have insufficient power suply(overclock is automatically done by AMD CCC)and the gpu temp goes around 80°C at load...
Please tell me a sol

You should try a driver update, make sure your overclock is stable too. Check and see if your card is not overheating. If all that fails, you simply need a new GPU. The 5450 is pretty weak.

i have the latest drivers but my card is passively cooles it does not have a fan and what is right temp for a fanless gpu
