Overclocking problems

Hi and here is my setup

Q6600
6GB DDR 2 800 3X 2GB STICKS, THIS RAM IS CHEAP BUDGET RAM WITH NO RECOMMENDED VOLTAGES OR TIMINGS
LEADTEK 9800 GX2
ASTROCK PENRYN1600-110DB 650i SLI
300 GB SATA 2
Artic Freezer 7
VISTA 64 BIT

Right here is my problem. I can get this to overclock to 3ghz with 333 fsb and my memory underclocked to 666 running 1:1 with fsb but the problem is when I run primetime 95 I get a failure straight away which is related to my ram.

Also when everything is at stock I run 3dmarks06 and get 12176 and then i overclock my 9800 GX2 and i get 11916, what is going on with that?

Anyway I have no idea what to do with this setup, i think its the memory timings to be honest but i have no idea on what to use, really annoyed because I have spent days on this thing and im gettin low benchmark.

I changed the memory timings from auto to 4,3,3,3,T1, everything else at stock and i ran primetime95 for 1 hr 10 mins without errors so i think its ok.

Please help me people.

Run CPU-Z and look at the SPD tab.
Don't pay attention to the voltage. You will have to find that out or use something like 2.0-2.1v.
I would stay away from generic RAM.
