Overclocking Q6600 ASUSP5KPro

I'd like to overclock my Q6600,
I have a 650Watt PSU
Asus GTX 660
8 GB RAM
Asus P5K pro
1 TB HDD
Currently max out at 48 C and idle at 30.

Could anyone help guide me through?

-Is my 660 currently bottlenecked by the 2.4Ghz of my Q6600?
