Overclocking Q9300

Can anyone help me on Overclocking my Q9300?
I have:

Intel Core2Quad Q9300 2.50MHz
Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3P (BIOS updated to F5)
Corsair Dominator 2GB kit DDR2-1066 with Airflow
iCHill 8800GT 512mb
500GB Seagate SATA
HEC 750watts
Coolermaster Hyper 212(dual 120mm fan)

As of now, everyhting is running at stock speed.
Please help me on how much FSB, Voltage, and RAM settings that i needed to be stable at 3GHz

if you know how to increase the FSB do it.

its no good to ask people what to do from stock speed. people simply wouldnt be bother for things like this.
