Overclocking r5 2600 on ASRock B450M pro4 mobo

I have a ryzen 5 2600 on an ASRock b450m mobo and Im curious about the overclocking potential. Is 4Ghz easy to reach? I currently have the stock wraith stealth cooler, but Im willing to upgrade if its worth. I would be satisfied with 4ghz on all cores

On that board, with a capable 2600 even 4.2 Ghz is reachable. But as with any overclocking adventure the ultimate level of success depends completely on the quality of the specific chip you possess, that's why it's called 'the silicon lottery'.

Also, as to whether it's 'easy' depends as much on you as anything else but overclocking with Ryzen is pretty easy in general. And yes, it will benefit you greatly having better cooling when pushing up to and over 4.0Ghz, as well as being...

Yes I know about the lottery, but I was curious about the mobo's potential. I wanted to be sure, that the mobo will not be a limiting factor. Thank you!
