Hello guys i want to ask you if it is possible to '' overclock '' the ryzen 5 1600 to 3.6ghz as this is it's boost clock speeds for some reason it runs at 3.4ghz because i tried to over clock it and the pc just kept restarting then i cleared the cmos .

Also the ram is running at 1054mhz but from factory it is supposed to be 3000mhz
I didnt touch the voltages on cpu

My psu is a seasonic focus gold 550w ( is this enough?)
The cpu as metioned above
Motherboard Asrock ab350 pro4
ram G.Skill Aegis 8GB DDR4-3000MHz (F4-3000C16S-8GISB)
gpu Rx 580 8 gb running at stock speed also

Solution
There's a difference in how some software reads things like ram speeds. DDR stands for Double Data Rate, many programs just steal the bios info and don't actually test the ram itself. So you'll see the ram running at 2133MHz. Other programs, like cpu-z actually test/read the Data Rate, which for DDR4 base should come back as @1067MHz(±).

You won't see the 3000MHz until you change the default setting for ram speed to xmp/docp settings for maximum ram speeds. This is supposed to be automatic, but some ram may or may not require actual manual OC and end up stable at 2933MHz instead. You'll also maybe nerd to bump ram voltage slightly or even OC the cpu.
