Overclocking RAM - G.Skill - Is it ok?

I have g.skill 16GB RAM kit. Here is the link for the product:-

Plus, I have an Asus Sabertooth Z77 motherboard.

Is it OK to overclock RAM? In BIOS setup, RAM speed detected as 1333. But with "AI Tweak" (in BIOS setup), it can be increased up to about 3200 as I remember.
So, my questions are

1. Is it OK to overclock the RAM?
2. Is it ok for the motherboard to overclock RAM?
3. What are the advantages of overclocking RAM?

Actually RAM has lifetime warranty so I don't care if RAM will die.
But motherboard has only 5 years warranty. So, I specially want to know will overclocking RAM badly influence to the motherboard..!!! ?

My system is,
Intel Core i7 3770k 3.5Ghz
Asus Sabertooth Z77
Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo cooler
G.skill 16GB DDR3 RAM (2x8GB)
MSI GTX 760
Cooler Master 750W PSU
WD 1TB + WD 500GB HDDs
Asus DVD Writer + LiteOn DVD Writer
Cooler Master HAF X 942 Casing

Overclocking it to something more than they test it for will void the warranty and then when its dead you'll have to get your own replacement.

You can run an XMP profile which will make it run at its stable OC and in this case 1600Mhz which won't void warranty.

Its generally not a bad idea to overclock the ram past what's been tested for and it doesn't really make much of a difference in your case.

So, that means, If I set speed to 1600, it will not void warranty? Currently it is at 1333

Setting the frequency to 1600Mhz won't make it run at this speed in most cases due to voltage and timing , You might want to run a XMP profile on your Asus motherboard .
