Overclocking RAM help

[Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan Z]

Hello!

I am new to overclocking things. I recently got some RAM that I was going to turn into GPU memory for my AMD APU. I accidentally bought 1333 MHz RAM for the system, and I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it. I was thinking about overclocking it to 1600MHz or even 1866MHz RAM. Can somebody help me overclock my RAM so I won't blow up my system?

Might try 1600 at 10-10-10-27 1.6 and see if that flies, Crucial sticks aren't generally real strong so sort of doubt 1866 without a loose CL which would defeat the purpose of the OC, but 1600 might well go and improve things

Sorry for the confusion, I was actually asking how to overclock the RAM

That's what I suggested 😉 you have 1333 DRAM, I suggested settings for trying at 1600

What should I do to overclock the RAM? Install programs, mess around with BIOS, that stuff, not how much to overclock it 😉
