Question Overclocking Ram Past It’s Stated Speed

I have Corsair vengeance Ram DDR4 @ 3200Mhz (2x 8GB Modules) can it be overclocked past this speed? I’m using Amd ryzen 7 3700x cpu on a Gigabyte Gaming X x570

You don't have to learn how to OC. Just use the Ryzen DRAM calculator and you will be successful in your first attempt. I overclocked my RAM to 3000MHz from 2400.

I’ve seen in another video that your cpu shouldn’t be over clocked when overclocking the ram. Is that right?
