[SOLVED] Overclocking ryzen 1500x to 4.0 ghz?

Would I be able to overclock my ryzen 5 1500x to 4.0 ghz with:

-Msi X370 Gaming Plus

You would need a better cooler and I seem to remember that not all first generation Ryzen CPU’s would hit 4.0 across all cores.
