Overclocking Ryzen 2200g CPU and IGPU??

So I heard that you should only overclock the iGPU with the Ryzen 2200g to keep temps down and it'll gain a better performance boost. So let's say I was to OC the frequency of the cpu to 3.7 ghz, would that still count as oc'ing it since the turbo boost is 3.7 anyway? If not how frequency should i go up in the igpu?? Thanks!

just move it up by .1 untill it becomes unstable or the temps are too high 75c-
