[SOLVED] overclocking ryzen 3 1200 but I crash

So I have overclocked my ryzen to 3.8ghz with a voltages of 1.26. But I have a feeling that this overclock is not stable after 20 min in apex legends or star wars battlefront my pc will
freeze and my temp will be around 60 maby 65 degree celsius and my gpu at 70 degree celsius. But I think that that is normale because over here its like very hot this summer ( The Netherlands)
but so yeah can someone help me. Oh yeah when I am not playing my pc is fine it wont crash.

Bump your voltage up a bit. IME ~1.3V should be about right for that OC.

Usually a good idea when doing an OC to stress test for a while. I personally like CPUZ for a short and easy test for initial stability, and then move into a long Prime 95 mixed test.

I havent done that yet but my psu is

It's quite rare for Ryzen chips to hit 3.8ghz at under 1.3v. So definitely try increasing vcore.
