Overclocking ryzen 7 1700x

I have a ryzen 7 1700x with a MSI x370 gaming pro carbon motherboard. I'm trying to overclock it but when I go into the bios the section where I need to change the CPU processing speed is blocked out to where I can't adjust it. I changed the mode to expert but still nothing. I saw a YouTube video of someone doing it with the same exact setup that I have. Please help. Thanks

I should mention that I have a Samsung 970 evo m.2 SSD and
G.skill flare x 16gb (2x8gb) ddr4 2400 sdram
