Overclocking Safetly an Intel core i7 4670k

I have recently purchased an intel core i5 4670k and am wondering the best overclock i can get whilst still maintaining good temperatures and a stable system.

The following is a full list of my specs.

CPU cooler: Corsair h60
Motherboard: Gigabyte z87x-d3h
Ram: 8gb corsair vengeance (2x4)
Psu: Corsair cxm 750 watt
cpu: intel core i5 4670k
case: bitfenix shinobi
gpu: evga gtx 660 ftw 3gb

I know that but what would a basic speed be. I was thinking 4 ghz but is this too ambitious?

That's pretty much impossible to answer. There's no way to know for sure if that cpu with that cooler will be stable at that speed until you actually do it. It should be stable but there's no way to be sure until it's done.

Set it. Watch your temps. See what happens.
