im new to overclocking and it seems like most people have issues getting to 5 GHz? or am i wrong? i seem to be getting to it at 1.3 whereas i see alot of people at like 1.375V at 5 GHz max OC they can get...

about to go try 5.1 GHz, what should i set voltage too to test that???

I will be actively talking in this tread

You shouldn't go higher than 5GHZ then because your temperature is already too high for 24/7, you wont get noticeable performance in games for 200mhz difference. Not only useless but stupid too. Unless you are enthusiast, delidding not recommended, cus performance gain from extra 200 MHZ is unnoticeable.
Yeah 1.3v to 1.4v is normal for 5Ghz. Long term you don't want to go above 1.35v because at any point in time the chip can just die without warning. I don't think that people can't get 5Ghz but no one wants to kill a chip just for 100-200mhz.

Deliding is not recommend for beginners. Getting it apart is easy with a auto delider that cost $30 but afterwards you have to apply liquid metal (properly) and reseal it. This is where you can really easily screw up. Unless you have money to burn or really have experience, do not delid it.
