Overclocking Stable 4.6 GHz

Im new to overclocking, but Ive asked a lot of people and dont a lot of research, because I know its dangerous.
My Specs:

Intel Core i7 3930K
ASRock Extreme 6/GB
32GB G-Skill DDR3-1600MHz
Sapphire Radeon HD 7970 .... Im trying to OC my 3930K to 4.6 Using ASRocks easy OC in BIOS, I can select 4.2 and it will pass intel burn test. But when I do 4.4 and 4.6, it fails the burn test, reporting instability. Any ideas as to how I fix this?

up the voltage a tad and retry.
raise the fsb slightly, retest.

really, 4.6 is pretty high OC for a 3930, what are you running for cooling?
