Heard its a good over-clocking board and had some questions:
1.If I use http://www.amazon.in/Crucial-Ballistix-PC3-12800-240-Pin-BLS2CP4G3D1609DS1S00/dp/B006WAGGUK/ref=sr_1_4?m=A1AER2OG6BI33A&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1387558020&sr=1-4 RAM,will there be any problem?
2.What does this mean?:http://download.gigabyte.asia/FileList/Memory/mb_memory_ga-78lmt-usb3.pdf It says it is supported memory but does not include all of it.What will be the RAM speed with the sticks mentioned above?
3.Can I over-clock to the CPU to 4.0Ghz and over-clock and AMD R7 260X on this board?
4.To OC the CPU,GPU and RAM(since that'll be mandatory because I'm not going to run 1600 RAM at 1066,what PSU wattage would I need?
5.Anything else I should keep in mind when buying this board?

Solution
1 no, that's a good ram..

2&3.don't get that mobo. 760 chipset is for very low end user, and not designed for vishera core. you'll just have performance penalties with this board if you pair it with fx6300..
and of course, don't overclock your processor at all with this board..
get a better board..
but, answering your question, that's just a list. the truth is, any ddr3 memory will run flawlessly..and amd system today is will run at 1600 memory speed as default setting.

4. any 500w good psu from well known brand (corsair, seasonic, antec, etc) is more than enough for you..

5. don't buy that board..get a better board..asus m5a97 r2 is minimum board for a good am3+ system..
