Overclocking the Fx 4130

I have never overclocked before but recently I have had performance issues on GTA V and would like to overclock to get a higher framerate. I currently have a stock fan so a recommendation for a new fan would be great. Once I have a new fan how do I start overclocking?
(yes I know the 4130 sucks but i was a noob to PC building when i bought it and i now wish i had bought the 6300)

Hyper 212 is a great budget fan with good temperatures. As for actual overclocking, just spend some time looking up overclocking guides and researching what other people have managed to achieve with your processor so you know what to aim for.
