overclocking the fx 8320 and its side effects.

I am totally new to overclocking, and I want to play new games like farcry 4 smoothly.
my system specs are:
Cpu:fx 8320
Gpu: r9 280x
Ram: 8gb
Cooling: Currently i dont have any. Only the stock one. But Please refer me some good cooler which will handle overclocking and keep my system cool.
